Shio Salt Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Chicken Stock Powder
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Shiro Dashi
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 400ml of hot water
Recipes
- Add ingredients for the seasoning into a bowl.
- Boil two pots of water. One to cook your noodles and one for the soup.
- Pour 400ml of hot water into the bowl with the seasonings. Stir to combine and your soup is done
- Cook your noodles as according to the directions, strain them well and add it to your bowl of soup. Top with a sprinkle of black pepper and any other toppings you want.
