Shio Salt Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chicken Stock Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Shiro Dashi
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 400ml of hot water

Recipes

  1. Add ingredients for the seasoning into a bowl.
  2. Boil two pots of water. One to cook your noodles and one for the soup.
  3. Pour 400ml of hot water into the bowl with the seasonings. Stir to combine and your soup is done
  4. Cook your noodles as according to the directions, strain them well and add it to your bowl of soup. Top with a sprinkle of black pepper and any other toppings you want.
