Tips for cooking Tomahawk steak

  • Cook takes ~1 hour
  • Take out when around 49-50 degrees, last time probing at around 52-53 mean it was more well done
  • Cook early and wrap in foil
  • Heating up the coals, shake and move them around, this will increase temp (along with open top and bottom vents)
