Roast pork instructions for mum & dad's convection oven:
Preheat 5 mins on high (250 degrees) Put meat in tray and tray on the metal tray cook 15-20 minutes at 250 degrees until the skin crackles then cook another 10 minutes at 200 degrees then any remaining time (45 minutes in total) at 150 degrees let cool for 30 minutes and then cut upside down
